There are 3 options of payment:
- Full payment via direct transfer to our bank account, an invoice will be sent.
- Full paymet via PayPal by Credt Card (3.6% PayPal fee included) a PayPal invoice will be sent.
- $155 AUD deposit via PayPal (3.6% PayPal fee included) by Credt Card and the remaining balance in AUD cash on the tour

A cancellation of private tours are subject to the following charges.
|Date of cancellation request received by us
| till 30 days to the date of tour
||10% deposit is not refundable
|30 days prior to the date of tour
||20% of the rate
|2 days prior to the date of tour
||50% of the rate
|1-0 days prior to the date of tour, or non-appearance
||100% of the rate
- In case of cancellation after the payment of the travel cost is completed, the
amount deducting cancellation charges, bank handling charges and the other
costs charged by travel service providers (tourist attractions company) from the amount already paid will be remitted to the bank
account specified by the customer.
- Date of cancellation refers to the date and time when cancellation notice is
received by us based on Australian time, instead of the local date and time when
cancellation notice is sent from the customer.
- In case of bad weather on the date of a tour the tour can be shifted to a next day (subject to availability) or can be replaced to another similar tour.
